Telehealth
Depending on what we’re working on together, a telehealth session may include: coaching, acupressure, food recommendations based on Chinese dietary therapy, qi gong, movement recommendations or meditation.
Coaching
In a coaching session, I will hold a supportive, honest, and caring space for you to talk through your challenges. This is a good option for you if you are looking for someone to help you stay self-compassionate and accountable to your wellness goals – whether they are physical or emotional.
Acupuncture
An acupuncturist is someone who facilitates the body’s natural healing processes. Hair-thin needles are gently and superficially placed to help alleviate migraines to pain to a blocked sinus cavity. I may also use complementary therapies such as moxibustion (feels so good!) and gua sha.
Chinese Herbs
Plants are the most amazing medicine! Chinese herbal medicine theory has stood the test of time as one of the most effective methods for treating illness. I prescribe a Chinese herb formula that is customized for your concerns and your specific body. They can be taken as a raw tea, granules, or pills. *Starting May 2021
Zero Balancing
Zero Balancing is a gentle bodywork therapy designed to help relieve stress and tension from the body. A typical session can range between 30-50 minutes, and people leave feeling like they just took off a heavy backpack they didn’t know they were carrying.
Cupping
Cupping is a centuries-old medical therapy found in many cultures and knowledge systems. Light suction is applied using glass or plastic cups, usually placed on the back. It is a great and relaxing therapy for muscular stiffness or pain as it breaks up stagnation and helps circulation.
